  The person I dealt with was rude and condescending. He had the nerve to state that I MUST be back by 11:30 because he had to pick up his daughter. Way to put the customer's needs first (not).
  UPDATE: THE DAY AFTER I HAD MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED I DISCOVERED THAT WHOEVER INSTALLED MY WINDSHIELD WIPER DIDN'T TAKE OFF THE PLASTIC COVER, RESULTING IN MY NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE WHEN DRIVING IN THE RAIN. WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR BACK TO INQUIRE ABOUT THIS, I DISCOVERED THAT THE PERSON I FIRST DEALT WITH DID NOT INFORM ME THAT I HAD A CHOICE AS TO WHICH PACKAGE I COULD HAVE AND INSTEAD IMMEDIATELY CHARGED ME THE MOST EXPENSIVE PACKAGE. I ONLY DISCOVERED THIS WHEN I SPOKE TO THE SECOND PERSON AT SPEEDY GLASS. WHAT A SHAMEFUL SCAM TO PULL ON AN UNSUSPECTING WOMAN.
  ALSO, THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" LINE IS A SCAM; THERE IS NEVER ANYONE ANSWERING THE PHONE AND WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE (WHICH I DID THREE DAYS AGO) THEY DON'T BOTHER TO RETURN YOUR CALL.
