  Initially we signed with Erik to sell our house because we had met with other agents and Erik was the most professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we listed just as the government decided to cool the market and we were unable to sell. Instead we decided to lease our house with Erik as our agent. We were impressed with how thorough he was in sorting through potential tenants. He even recommended declining a couple offers because he identified some risks in their application. In the end he got us the perfect tenants and we are very happy with the outcome. Regarding the sale of our house, although we were unable to sell, Erik did everything possible to overcome the drastic changes in market that the government caused. If we had listed a week sooner, im confident that Erik would have got us top dollar for our house. When the time comes for us to list again, we will absolutely be calling Erik.
