  Went in today to buy a battery for my wife’s car. They looked up my auto Info with my phone number. I had a chance to look at the screen to see in bold text that I’m labeled a “Argumentative Customer”. So the automotive team labels there customers?? Beware Canadian Tire shopper. If you complain they label you in the system.!! My complaint. One of there “very professional mechanics” left a 14 inch pri bar inside my hood after a repair. I drove around with it not knowing for almost a week until it fell and made noise, lucky for me it didn’t fall into the moving parts of my engine and create major damage or cause an injury or accident. This happened about 2 years ago and I do remember calling the store and talking to management with my thoughts it I was never rude just voiced how this could’ve lead to a really big issue. I guess the manager decided to write a note saying I’m “argumentative”. Don’t worry Canadian Tire automotive. I decided back when this happened I would never use your mechanical services again.. so to the manager who decided to write that your staff won’t ever “know” is I’m “argumentative” !wish I could 0 star this place. By the looks of the other reviews it clear how the place is operated!!
